Create your account and complete accredited investor verification.

Access project financials, PPM, construction plans, and projected returns for open deals.

Ask Deep or Uma directly any question about the deal, structure, or fund terms.

Complete your subscription agreement electronically through the portal.

The GP team reviews and approves your subscription.

You receive secure instructions to wire your investment ($50K minimum).

Once funds clear, you are a Limited Partner with equity in real assets. We handle the rest.
